After migrating from Odessa, Ukraine our family began importing black caviar in the 2000s out of pure nostalgia — eating it on buttered bread, topping it on scrambled eggs, selling predominantly to ethnic delis and sharing with our nearest and dearest. Sea Cave is that ritual, now at your table.

Our sturgeons live in glacial-fed mountain waters in China's highest altitude regions — 5,150 metres above sea level. Mineral-rich currents, pristine conditions and no additives. Processed using the traditional Malossol method — lightly salted only — so every pearl speaks for itself.
